1. General

By enrolling in Vertex Academy UK classes, parents or legal guardians confirm they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Vertex Academy UK reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website.

Supervision of Students Under 18

All students under the age of 18 attending Vertex Academy UK classes must remain under the responsibility and supervision of a parent or legal guardian throughout all online and in-person lessons.

Online Lessons

At least one responsible adult (aged 18 or over) must be present at the student's home and available throughout the duration of the lesson.

In-Person Lessons (at the student's home)

At least one parent or legal guardian must be present at home and available throughout the lesson. Lessons will not take place in the absence of a parent or legal guardian.

Vertex Academy UK provides educational services only and does not provide childcare, supervision, guardianship, or child protection services. Full responsibility for the supervision, safety, health, wellbeing, behaviour, and transport of the student — before, during, and after lessons — rests with the parent or legal guardian.

By enrolling in Vertex Academy UK classes, parents or legal guardians confirm that they have read, fully understood, and agreed to these conditions.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full, except in genuine emergencies at the Academy's discretion.

4. Payment

Tuition fees are payable as agreed prior to each session or block of sessions.

Vertex Academy UK reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.

5. Conduct & Respect

All students and parents/guardians are expected to treat tutors and Academy staff with respect and courtesy.

Vertex Academy UK reserves the right to terminate services without refund in cases of inappropriate conduct.
